Previously Mihai had worked with the local Green Building Council in cocreating the National Renovation Strategy.

Mihai is deeply involved in numerous educational and climate related initiatives, being a strong supporter of Sustainable Development Goals. He delivered hundreds of hours of trainings, workshops and speaking sessions from children to youngsters and established professionals.
